Want to rehabilitate or strengthen your fingers, wrist, and forearm? To combine exercise and resistance to achieve full range of motion? To isolate a single finger or exercise both hands at once? The Power Web does all this - accommodates all hand sizes and strength levels too.

Using the web, you can you duplicate virtually all joint actions including flexion, extension, opposition, abduction, pronation and supination. Need greater or less resistance? Just adjust your hand position and or the depth of finger insertion.

The Power Web consists of a natural rubber web surrounded by a steel ring. This is the 14" standard version (also check out the smaller 7" Junior, designed for smaller hands or easy portability).

The standard web is available in six progressive resistances:

• tan/XX light
• yellow/X light
• red/light
• green/medium
• blue/firm
• black/extra firm

Extra light and light webs are ideal for gentle stretching and full range of motion exercises. Use them to help restore circulation to muscles and decrease irritation of nerves and muscles of an overused joint.

Heavier resistance webs offer greater resistance for advanced rehabilitation and general hand strengthening. They are good for moderate range of motion.

Thera-Band® Hand Exercisers are specially formulated exercisers provided in a progressive sequence of five translucent colors and in two sizes. They're used for hand, finger and forearm strengthening, as well as hot and cold therapy.

The softer yellow and red models fill the gap between putty and spring devices and they're not as messy as putty. Progressive resistance in different levels of compression allow each exercise to be geared to the patient. Use the standard size hand exerciser for smaller hands and the extra large size for larger hands or for people who have limited hand mobility. Place a Hand Exerciser into the microwave or freezer for hot or cold use.
