Greg Irwin first began developing his Finger Fitness™ techniques while earning his degree in music education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Interested in training his hands to be more responsive, he began to develop some simple bending and splitting exercises. He expanded this idea over the years and has now developed an entire repertoire of finger isolation exercises that he and his wife, Lorraine, published in book and video format as Finger Fitness: The Art of Finger Control. Since that time, Greg has appeared all over the world in special appearances and as a guest on such popular shows as The Tonight Show. He has entertained millions with his own Finger Ballet: The Ultimate Dance of Digital Dexterity. He has developed educational programs for physical, occupational and massage therapists. Greg has done talks for professional, business school, senior citizen, and civic organizations. Greg's hands are featured in the "A Show of Hands" exhibit at The Science Museum of Louisville. In 2000, Greg was featured on CCTV-5 in China in a documentary titled "Greg Irwin and his fingers."
